Information for Our Guests

We truly appreciate the time and travel that our guests have to live through to attend our wedding so we want to keep you as informed as possible to make your travel arrangements, attire choice, and any other decisions as easy as possible. So, Here are some things for our guests to keep in mind while attending our Wedding.

  • The entire event is outdoors and it may get slightly chilly at night so you might want to consider bringing a shawl or light jacket on the chance that the temperature is a little below your comfort level
  • The Reception will be taking place on a lawn space. Ladies it might be wise to opt for flats or wedges instead of spiky heels to avoid sticking in the ground and because we want you comfortable to break it down on the dance floor.
  • Children are most welcome to our event, in fact I would love to our my neices and nephews running around and being a part of our day. There will be tons of parking available for our event but there is a parking fee for the garage on site. We will keep you updated on this as we get more information.

Accomodations and Travel Arrangements

Accomodations: For our guests that are staying in a hotel, we have compiled a list of convenient and reasonably priced options.

Travel Arrangements: The Tampa area is home to two airports so while shopping for your plane tickets keep in mind that Allegiant Airlines has a flight direct from Ft. Wayne to Tampa/St. Pete and they often have reasonably priced flights. Or you can fly out of Indianapolis into the Tampa International Airport with a number of different airlines. I would reccommend to book your flight as soon as possible due to Spring Break. Tickets tend to go up significantly as the date looms nearer especially because that is considered a Spring break time frame.
